8:45 am - Judge's Meeting @ Newell City Hall

9:00 am - Personal Intros/Modeling/Prepared Speech/Impromptu Questions (Open to the Public) @ Newell City Hall

10:45 am - Personal Interviews (not open to the public) @ Newell City Hall

Noon - Private luncheon for the contestants, parents, judges, & visiting queens.

2:00 pm - Horsemanship @ Newell Arena (open to the public)

5:00 pm - Private supper for the contestants, parents, judges & visiting queens @ Newell City Hall

6:30 pm - Coronation @ Newell City Hall (open to the public)
